#GetTheLook Boy Meets Girl

The outfit I chose today for doing some fabric shopping for my new line, is very "boy meets girl". It mixes masculine elements with some feminine flirty pieces. I paired my boyfriend jeans with a white lace top and a cropped nautical blazer. To finish off this very androgynous look, I put on my black leather brogues.

To get this "boy meets girl" look, here is an outfit I put together that is affordable yet right on trend! The very boyish jeans and blazer are offset by the pale pink blouse and bow bag. To add some edge to this outfit, wear some dark red lipstick.

#LookOfTheDay Pretty in Pink

Today's Look of the Day follows the PINK trend that I blogged about earlier this week. Since this is a big trend of the runway, I decided to put an outfit together to show you how I would wear this trend.

I paired a pink cropped knit with pink skinny jeans and cream booties. Don't be scared to wear an outfit that is entirely one colour, as long as you keep it minimal and the accessories simple. Also, use different shades of the colour or like I did with this outfit, use a cropped top for a break between the top and bottoms. Add some edge with plum or raisin lipstick.

I have just discovered a NEW (well, at least new for me...) online shopping site!

SHOPBOP

It is an online shopping site that sells designer clothing, shoes, accessories and ALL things fashion. It is based in the US but has a free international delivery service (Yay!).

One small problem is that the clothing that is sold on this site, being designer brands and all, is quite expensive. But there's no harm in having a look, and doing a "virtual" shop... with "virtual" money.

Not only is the range of brands so extensive, Shopbop also supplies a fashion feature or lookbook for every day of the month! So not only can you find key designer pieces to complete an outfit, you can also get ideas for your next outfits, updates of the new trends and how to wear them, and SO much more. It is basically like a magazine. Where you can buy the whole outfit that you see. Right away. From your computer. 

So if I had to chose only one entire outfit, this is what it would be:

If I had to choose only one of these items, it would definitely be the Coclico boots. I would LOVE to have those in my closet. They would just make every single outfit perfect.
