#TodayImWearing Men's Jeans and Monks

Today we took a stroll down Brick Lane in London, where you can find the most amazing vintage pieces and market finds! Not only are the quaint vintage stores interesting and different, but the walls along the street are super interesting; decorated with graffiti, doodles and arty masterpieces. I could not get enough of the amazing street art! It was such an interesting juxtaposition of graffiti on historic brick walls.

So my choice of  outfit tended towards androgynous with my men's jeans and buckled monks. I added some interest with my long leopard coat.

#Outfit Cool, Casual & Chic

I have been taking full advantage of the London shopping scene, social scene and food scene! I absolutely love it here and don't know if I will ever leave. Last night we went to a Mexican restaurant, Wahaca, in the Soho district in London. It was absolutely great! With a tequila bar downstairs in the basement and a street food style restaurant upstairs, what more could you want?

#Trends Leopard Print

A trend that I love is leopard print. Every outfit can have a bit (or a lot) of leopard print to add some edge. Just be careful not to wear all your leopard print items at the same time; leopard overkill!!

Here are some snaps of celebs who love a bit of leopard in their lives:

I love Alexa Chung's coat dress; it's so chic and simple, the perfect combination with the leopard print fabric. Kourtney Kardashian's leopard print jumpsuit is also the perfect look to show off some animal print and your curves.

Here are some of my favourite leopard print picks that I would love to fill my wardrobe up with.

#TodayImWearing Studs and Animal Print

Since the sun is shining, and spring has [finally] arrived, I decided to wear my studded denim cut-offs today. I paired them with a loose fitting grey blouse and chunky buckled boots. I am LOVING animal print at the moment, so I added a touch of leopard with a skinny belt. Since the cut-offs are embellished with silver studs, I didn't want to overpower the look with too much animal print as well.
I mean...

Excessive studs + animal print overload = hooker style

I did the studs and animal print combo the classy and fashionable way.

For my outfit today, I paired my ripped charcoal jeans with a cream blazer.I like the contrast of the grungy denim with a tailored jacket. I added my gold rimmed sunglasses, some gold arm candy and my leopard print booties for a pop of gold.

#TodayImWearing Raisin lipstick

Today is a very gloomy and chilly day in Cape Town, so I decided to channel this eeriness/ gloominess with some raisin-coloured lipstick. To combat the cold, I layered a monochrome knit, shearling jacket and parka together, and finished off my look with my leopard print booties.

What do you think?

#TodayImWearing Leopard Print Trousers

Today I thought I would debut my leopard print trousers which I designed and sewed the other day.

To make my outfit look more "day", I paired my animal trousers with a casual printed tee and red booties. I threw on a black cropped tuxedo blazer to add a more formal element, but rolled up the sleeves to keep with my "day" look.

I just love the combination of leopard print, red and apricot!
